These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the rental and service offerings of Porta Potty To Go, a service of Fire Mind Corp (“we,” “us,” “our”), including portable sanitation rentals, restroom trailers, hand wash stations, fencing, dumpsters, and related delivery, cleaning, and pump-out services provided across Florida. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Quotes, Orders & Pricing
Quotes are based on the unit type, service frequency, rental duration, and delivery location you provide. Prices are confirmed at order time and reflected on your invoice. Recurring rentals are billed on the agreed service cycle until the rental is ended by either party.
2. Payment
Invoices are due upon receipt unless other terms are stated on the invoice. We accept payment through the secure payment link included with your invoice. Accounts with unpaid balances may have service paused and units retrieved after reasonable notice.
3. Delivery, Placement & Access
You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible placement location and for ensuring our vehicles can reach it on delivery and service days. Relocation of a unit after placement is available as a service call.
4. Care of Equipment
Rented units remain our property. You are responsible for loss of or damage to units beyond normal wear, including vandalism and tip-overs at your site; applicable fees will be added to your invoice at our published rates. A damage waiver may be available at order time.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be changed or cancelled by contacting us before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations after dispatch or same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
6. Text Message (SMS) Communications
With your consent, given verbally during a call with our team or in writing, we send transactional text messages about your service ? such as booking and delivery confirmations, service reminders, and invoice and payment link notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See also our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability arising from any rental or service is limited to the amounts paid for the affected service period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by weather, site conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
